However you want to enjoy these sessions is up to you. You can collage, craft and drink tea, or you can ask for a more structured approach focusing on writing and interventions for specific topics (e.g. self-esteem, identity, burnout etc.) or you can just turn up and see how you feel on the day.
No previous experience required.
You do not have to consider yourself ‘arty’.
I bring the supplies - images cut out and ready to collage, stickers, scrapbook papers, tapes, pens, paints. Anything that makes your inner child happy, it’ll probably be there!

I have been art journaling for 15 years and it is my all-time any-time go-to mental health tool. My goal is to share this with you so that you have this tool for life: this means of exploration, expression and relaxation that can reset you, reflect you and untangle you.
