Journaling is such a powerful tool for your mental health and wellbeing because it is a window into our relationship with our self.

My job is to create a soft place for my clients to land, and the atmosphere in my workshops is one of safety, trust and respect.

The online workshops are slightly more structured; I will provide prompts and occasionally ask questions to the group for reflection or to assist in the process. You will never be asked to share your work or read/show what you’ve written/produced. The focus is always on the process and your experience, not the end result.

These workshops are £15 for an hour. They work really well if you do them every week, but you’re also more than welcome to dip in an out any week you choose.

These workshops currently run at 2pm on Tuesdays (from 17th September).
