This is 1:1 psychotherapy and coaching integrated into a model that allows the therapy to be as flexible and personalised as possible.

You might still need to iron out some unbalances or emotional conflicts from your past so that you can look towards the future.

Personal Consultancy works with past, present and future to help you get past emotional blocks from the past, and then create the future you would like.

Personal Consultancy is £95 per session. Each session is 50 minutes long and works best on a weekly basis.
