The other way of working with me is by booking onto a 3-month package.
This helps people who feel trapped or stagnant in their jobs to take action and transform their work lives (and, so, their lives!)
This is for you if you:
Are feeling frustrated about your current work life
Are feeling burnt out and/or exhausted
Struggle to set or maintain boundaries at work
Know that there must be more to life (and work) than this, but it feels overwhelming trying to think of a way out
Need to get out, but the misery makes you so drained that you crash on the couch after work and never seem to have time to do that job search
Procrastinate because even if you did get round to the job search… you’re not sure what you’d search for
Have felt dissatisfied for so long now that you’re not even sure whether it’s your job, just your company or the whole industry that’s wrong for you…
… So you just stay put and end up feeling overwhelmed, stagnant, hopeless and very frustrated.
Together we will:
Look at your values, interests and character to assess what about your current situation aligns - so that we get clear on what exactly the issue is and which elements of your work life you like/dislike.
Uncover limiting beliefs and mindset issues that are holding you back, so that you can feel confident and motivated to make the changes necessary for a happier/more fulfilling life/work life (I’m also a BACP accredited Psychotherapist, so the mindset and confidence work here is very comprehensive and highly effective).
Look closely at ways we can heal and prevent burnout (part of this will be looking at setting and maintaining boundaries).
Generate options and start to narrow them down, so you can actually take steps towards finding a sense of freedom, meaning and, ultimately, a happier and more balanced life.
What that looks like:
6 x 90 minute fortnightly sessions over 3 months.
Comprehensive workbooks, action plans and mindset tips for you to work on between sessions and use beyond our work together to keep you on track. These workbooks will be sent digitally, but can also be sent physically and you will keep coming back to them time and time again.
All of the notes and insights I write during the sessions (including your next steps to work on in between sessions).
Access to me via Voxer between sessions for support, work reviews, motivation, accountability and cheerleading, so you can feel supported and keep momentum up throughout the whole three months we work together.
One month after we finish working together, you have the option for a check-in session where we can see how it’s been going, how you’re feeling about your progress and if there are any unforeseen obstacles you’ve run into that we can go through together.
The fee for this package is £1,199 with payment plans available so that payment can be split over the 3 months.
